3 out of 4 get it..!

3 out of 4 have them, that's me!, is it you?

Hot flushes and night sweats are believed to
deplete the body of key nourishing vitamin like B and C,
both are water soluble vitamins and not stored in the body,
so you need to get them through your foods
to nourish and balance your bodies systems.

Magnesium and potassium are two vital minerals that are depleted.
again we get through your foods.

What should you avoid or reduce the intake of,
to reduce the night sweats.?

Again, it's the normal culprits
alcohol, caffeine, sugars to name a few..

As we are all individuals
most people will be different
but there will be a few
common triggers
"common but not normal"

safe journey and bring it home.

Good luck ladies...!!!!

I don't know about you but
I suffer from these little suckers

Hot Flushes and night sweats.
What your trigger?
What can you do about it?
What can you do to feel better?
