Them bones, them bones!!.. Had a few questions this week on bones..!!. What exercise I can do to strengthen?so my number one answer is, lift weights and/or do bodyweight exercises. Fitness Pilates is flying ...! are you?...... it's hitting all the health spots..., Listening to Jeremy Vine Yesterday, I was listening to Jeremy Vine whilst travelling between classes and clients, the topic was "disease",  Autoimmune Disease, Diabetes, MS, Lupus, Crohn's, Colitis, Arthritis, Cancer, Adrenal Fatigue, certain eye diseases, etc these were some of the ones they spoke about.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Feeling Energized...............??.                                  Or Fit to Drop........!!.   There was a time in my life, a few years ago now, When I was teaching 25+ classes per week, plus Pt clients, covering classes every week, up and above my own. Running a home, a husband and family to feed, taxi and run around after my children. Sound familiar to anybody,??   I'm was running around like a blue ars--d fly, totally knackered and stressed..!!!.
