Boot camp is genuinely a fantastic way to start the morning - leaves you invigorated and ready to tackle anything that the working day may throw at you! 'I wish I could do boot-camp every day! Waking up on dark, cold winter mornings is suddenly so much better! It is so much fun meeting our group of fellow 'campers' and spending 45 minutes exercising with them - and the time just flies, no two mornings are the same so you never know what's coming next!
