Them bones, them bones!!.. Had a few questions this week on bones..!!. What exercise I can do to strengthen?so my number one answer is, lift weights and/or do bodyweight exercises. Lifting weights or your bodyweight not only strengthen and stimulates your whole skeleton system it adds stress as bones like a certain amount of stress to function. it adds muscle tone, muscle structure, ligaments, tendons, will all benefit.  Bone density and bone health. I got the "You're In" ....... So I'm In the Virgin London Marathon 2015 on the ballot..... Fitness Pilates is flying ...! are you?...... it's hitting all the health spots..., Listening to Jeremy Vine Yesterday, I was listening to Jeremy Vine whilst travelling between classes and clients, the topic was "disease",  Autoimmune Disease, Diabetes, MS, Lupus, Crohn's, Colitis, Arthritis, Cancer, Adrenal Fatigue, certain eye diseases, etc these were some of the ones they spoke about. New Beginnings   View this email in your browser New beginnings This week has brought about new beginnings, my son Ryan started a new high school, Chipping Campden.  A massive change for him, he was nervous, anxious, worried, about not knowing anybody, a new bus route, new people on the bus, a different morning routine, different start and finish time to his school day, he knew nobody there.    But he did brilliantly, much better than I thought, but I should never doubt him because he always raises...
