Want to feel better...? it's all about change.!
We're not far off that time of year when you start thinking about your
"New Year's Resolution" again!!,
Before you do, reflect on how it's gone so far this year, dig out the piece of paper you wrote it on or your smartphone and just look to see if you achieved what you wanted too?.
Are you were you wanted to be?, in your circle of life.
In your work/career, your business, your home life, financially, Health & wellbeing, weightloss, fitness, lifestyle, time, education/study.
Are you there..?
Are you HAPPY and HEALTHY?, this is a massive question?, which we often forget.
If yes, that's fantastic and brilliant, continue doing that you are doing,
you are probably doing something you love and are passinate about., brilliant news, hats off to you..
Let's look at your LIFESTYLE..., as this is where it is, lifestyle is for life,
that requires you to change your habits and that takes time, being consistant and persistant.
make smarter choices for your future.
Are you prepared to do something to change where they are now,
to be somewhere different, be happier with yourself, your thoughts and lifestyle.
Don't expect any change, if nothing changes.
Better eating habits
Better wellness and wellbeing
Better feeling about themselves.
Everybody has different things they want to change and achieve.
I meet with you all individually,
we can had a good old chat, (not the 7 minutes you get at the doctors)
where you are now
where you want to be
We can't change the past but we can change things going forward
It's hard, that's a fact, if it was easy everybody would be doing it, just you look at the increased odesity and diseases in both adults and children, it's not easy but it can be done with the right mind-set and coaching, support and guidance.
A lifetime of old habits, which has got them to where they are today
and now I'm asking to change those habits
it takes time to form those new healthy habits
but we change one habit and master it
until you don't think about it
just like driving a car.
Mirror, signal, manoeuvre, drive, look, listen, stop, handbrake on ,off.
God, how am I going to remember to do all that at once
practice, repetition and the habits grow and forms
now you don't think about it at all
you just do it.
