Christmas Cheer on Christmas Eve and Thank you

Coming towards the end of another year and I just want to say a massive
Thank You.

Thank you for your continued support, commitment
and loyal following,
whether it's pilates, aqua, HIIT's, U3a groups
My brilliant personal coaching clients or
Lifestyle & Wellness or pelvic health courses
I thank you again.

As I reflect on my year
Some brilliant times, some sad or disappointing times.
That's the cards that were dealt
it's how I play them that's important,
learn and listen and believe in yourself.
I've run 4 , 6 week pelvic health courses,
helping increase ladies awareness of pelvic health issues
and how lifestyle and diet plays an important role here.

I've ran the London Marathon 2015
I qualified as an Independent Natural Juice Therapist, from the school of Jason Vale Academy.
I did my first retreat, an amazing experience
after 3 years, I said goodbye to early morning Bootcamp.
and hello to
Lifestyle & Wellness with a focus on Women's health.
