New Community Classes

     Thursdays in October 2x30Minute classes 2012

                                30Minute HIIT   (High Intense Interval Training)

                                Time         -   6.15-6.45pm

                               30Minute FatBuster

                                Time         - 6.50 - 7.20pm

                       Where     - The Malthouse, The Rookery, Alveston

These 30Minuite classes are hard & fast classes, not for the faint hearted, focus is fatloss, fitness, strength, leanness, endurance ......Remember Strong is the new Skinny...

(30Minute class are £4.00per class = 4 week £16.00., if you do both classes back2back it's £7.00 pay as you go, if you do 4 weeks monthly fee £25.00)

               The classes will incorporate these type of effective workouts

                Functional Intense Workouts - Work smarter not harder -

HIIT - High Intense Interval Training .................Short bursts of Intense exercise for a set time - 30/30, 50/10, 40/20...work and rest periods in seconds. 6-10 exercises, at least 6 rounds. Greatly improves your athletic capacity, lean muscle tissue, improved endurance, fitness, strength and metabolism for maximum fat burning.

Metabolism Training..............Uses ideas from all aspects of exercise to burn fat at an amazing rate. Resistance training, body weight training, plyometrics, Kettlebells to name a few. One of the best things with MT is that you don't need equipment at all to get a very demanding workout. However, I do like to throw in an item like some dumbbells, into the workout and get some extra strength training, to maximize the fat burn, which is what MT is all about.

Tabata Training................20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes -Continually for 4 minutes that's 8 rounds. Again, brilliant effective workouts for fatloss, strength, increasing lean tissue, fitness

FatBuster ........................Using a combination of HIIT and Metabolism Training principles, with some added basic routines.....

All these methods of training will get you fitter quicker, drop body fat, get leaner, stronger, improve endurance, inch loss and weight loss....... working it with a clean & healthy eating plan to see results.......................
