Juicing for Health, Happiness and Life
This was a big topic at the Wellness Summit at the weekend -

I just love juicing and its part of my morning routine/habit, it's quick, easy and you know your body is getting hit with nourishment first thing, so your cells get their early morning wake up call, a kick-start so they are alive and healthy. Raw foods are packed full of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which combat free radical damage.
Juicing absorbs it's nutrients into the bodies systems really quick. It takes just 15 minutes for it to hit your systems and into your blood stream. Eating food raw is brilliant too, don't get me wrong but it's got to be digested first, enzymes released and the liver does it's job, then to the bodies systems. As juicing or smoothies will be absorbed so much quicker.

What's really important, you have got to get your veggies in there.....those juices have GOT to have veggies in, spinach by the bag, the stalks of broccoli and cauliflower, carrots, parsnips, rocket, celery, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, etc, etc and spices like Cinnamon, lemongrass and ginger to spice up your life..
