Pink Ribbon........, What does that mean to you?

Things you might not know....

Men can get breast cancer as well as woman

Men aren't screened like women, so breast cancer is detected much later in life

 

3.
Three important simple things to do, add functional movement, lengthen and stretch.

Healthy nutrition will aid your recovery, nourish and feed your body much needed vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for advance wellness. 


If your looking to :-

Help regain your strength and mobility of your affective shoulder and arm, 
you want to up your energy levels, reduced any feelings of depression.

Enhance your physical and mental wellness and also improve your self confidence.

You might be in rehabilitate state or know somebody in this situation who is recovering from surgeries, it might be a mastectomy, lumpectomy, lymph node removal and reconstruction procedures.

After finishing and passing my Pink Ribbon course,

I'm a qualified " Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercises Specialist" for breast cancer survivors. 

I'm looking forward to get this programme into the community in Warwickshire for 2015, helping breast cancer survivor, back two better wellness and health.  With this world recognised Pink Ribbon post operative recovery and movement workout programme. #breastcancersurvivor.

I'm looking to connect with physio's, oncologist nurses, breast cancer nurses in Stratford u Avon, Warwick, L/spa, Evesham, North Cotswolds, Warwickshire.
 
This might not be for you but you might know somebody who this would help...., think outside the box...

The programme is 12 sessions, over 6 weeks
2 sessions per week
the sessions are 30  minutes exercise,
Talk time
Nutrition advise, support, help and guidance
