Shake, rattle and ready to roll

Shake, rattle and ready to roll

Shake, rattle and ready to roll

I'm all ready to rock and roll
with all classes starting back and its good to be back.
It was fab to be with my bootcampers early doors this morning.
thank you.

Last week the family and I enjoyed a week in Dorset,
exploring the dramatic Jurassic coastline.

We had hired a motorhome
for another new adventure, of doing something different.
This has been our focus this year,
doing things we have never done before
having different experiences and enjoyment.

It's good to do something different,
being outside your comfort zone
in that magical space

You should try it..!

Even though we had never done it before,
it felt like home from home and it worked for us.

We started at the Swanage end,
staying at Durdle Door, a beautiful location overlooking the ocean,
we travelled to Weybridge and Dorchester for a mooch,
then onto our next stop for three night in Burton Bradstock,
a pretty little village.

We cycled up and over the hills,
flew kites on the top and cycled down into Bridport,
along to West Bay, which is the set for Broadchurch,
a busy, busy little place.

Another day we did a long walk,
along a massive stretch of Chesil beach
to the Swannery to Abbotsbury,
which took much longer than we thought,
so didn't get to see the swan's
much to everybody's disappointment.

It was like walking in sand for 6 miles,
tough but we got there.

I loved Lyme Regis,
the sun was shining for us before we headed back home.

The Thursday before we went to Dorset,
I taught at a retreat centre near Shipston On Stour, called Holycombe,
for the company Forever Living and their team "Go for Gold",
I had an amazing day,
in a wonderful setting,
There was a life coach,
motivation speakers,
colour stylists and
I closed the day with a hour and half session
of positive mindful lead yoga.

We had decided to do the session outdoors within a stone circle,
situation in the ground, like a mini Stonehenge,
the energy was electric and magical,
all 16 people embraced the session,
this was on the Thursday

On the Wednesday, the night before I started
my 8 week Mindfulness course,
which came into its own for that day too.

Mindfulness is a very buzz word at the moment
Living in the present moment,
awareness of everything
from how you are sitting,
your breathing
aware of how you are cleaning your teeth,
mindfully one by one or is it just a routine that needs doing

Our teacher has asked us to do 10 minutes practice everyday
so it become a daily habit
using different techniques,

I'm looking forward to seeing everybody back in classes
this week and definitely next week.
