Time Waits for no man

Time waits for no man...

Can't believe where time goes, last Thursday my son Ryan was 12 years and I can't believe where that time goes, and how far we have come with Ryan. 
It made me think about what have I done in the last 12 months, not to mention the last 12 years. So that got me thinking again..., I know dangerous....!  Do you plan your future or do you just bob along, we have spoken about this before..
It's the end of November, soon to be December. Every year, the week between Christmas and new year, Daz and I sit down and write down our dreams, plans, goals, challenges, holidays for the year.. It sit on the fridge, so we see them every day..
Holidays Personal Achievements Challenges
Did you achieve all you wanted to achieve this year? Did your list get shorter or did you keep adding to it, as you developed and moved forward. Did you set out with a positive frame of mind to achieve what you wanted too or did somebody crush your dreams...
Staying strong, focused and hanging in there is key to moving forward no matter what gets thrown in your path.
Many years ago, Daz and I attended a massive convertion in Birmingham full of very successful person. I remember it, as if it was yesterday...... These words stuck in my mind...

We planned two holidays, we did two. Planned and did my nutrition, biomechanics, progressive fitness pilates, boot camp, public speaking/talks, certified Pregnancy massage therapist, foofoo -pelvic health ambassador. It's nearly 12 months since Daz quit his job as an accountant and started his own company, he's meeting some amazing people on the way, he's a shareholder in Cotswold's Cider company, it's a bit like Dragon's Den.  He's never looked back but it was one of the hardest decisions he had to make, shall I or shall I not ? www.mybookkeeperonline.com   Niche market is book keeping for small businesses.
What were yours Was it to get fitter, stronger, healthier, lose weight,  get a healthier lifestyle Go on a self development course. Have more family time  Chilex, spend more time with friends Take up a new hobby - a new sport.  Sian started Karate last week and totally loves it... Go somewhere on your own, outside your comfort zone... the feeling is amazing and exhilarating on completing whatever your doing. A new business venture You don't more forward when your in your comfort zone... .
Did you see what you wanted to see, visit a place, see a play, your favorite band.
Looking at the Celebrates on "I've A Celebrate Get Me Out Of Here" and  "Strictly"...., All are way outside there comfort zone and many levels, see how happy they are when they have done it, they are beaming..  A sense of achievement..
So get thinking, pen and paper or the modern method, ipad/smart phone, what on your list for 2014.. and make a difference to your and your family It's pen and paper for me....

The buzz word "core", what does it mean and what is your " Core "
If you have a weakened pelvic floor,  the stress and load that you put your body under will have an effect on your pelvic floor support.   Pregnancy, your lifestyle habits, your job, menopause, weight, sports, nutrition,  it all  adds stressors and trauma to the body.  If your pelvic floor is weak, it's not going to support your core, as it's the pelvic floor that does all the support work.  The primary role of the Pelvic Floor is to supports & protects all the internal organs.  There is a lot of load and pressure pushing down and gravity plays a part, then add exercise, work, job, lifestyle on to an already weakened Pelvic Floor. 1. Diaphragm, 2. Internal obliques 3. External obliques, 4.Quadratus Lumborum(QL), 5. Multifidis, 5.Pelvic Floor, 6. Rectus abdominis, 7 Transverse abdominis,  8.Erector spinae.  9.Glutes
