Who are your weight and fat loss friends?

I've been having lots of chat this week about eating "healthy".....!!
So I put together this list of weight and fat loss friends for you all to add into your diet
1.  Broccoli, this was talked about loads when I was in London the other week on my course.
2. Spinach
3. Watercress
4. Ginger
5. Water......, add slice of lemon or lime and drink first thing in the morning to alkaline the gut.
6. Eggs full of amino and EFA essential fatty acids
7. Beetroot  - brilliant liver detoxer
8  All starchy carbs eaten  PW Post Workout.
9  Seeds and nuts
10 Celery
11 proteins - especially oily fish like mackerel, sardines, then salmon, tune, prawns etc


Half Term Classes 26th Monday to 30th Friday May
No classes Monday or Tuesday,  its family time......

Back to normal on Wednesday

Thursday

Juice Tribe......, one for you

At the end of my more active hardcore classes, you know the ones I mean, the hot and sweaty ones, like #Insanity or fat buster. As you are sweating so much, you need to replace vital salts lost through the sweating process, it is really important to replace them, otherwise cramping can be a problem.  The list of vitamins about are the salts I'm talking about, not your common table salt. 
Get on this juice tribe...

The balance between sodium and potassium will help prevent build up of lactic acid and cramps.  The celery helps to flush the body of excessive carbon dioxide from the massive amount of oxygen you are using.

On another level, this juice is for any arthritis sufferers too, as is reduce acidify in the body...
