Hazel will train you at Menzies Welcombe Spa if you are a member, or in your own home or garden or out door space. With over 14 years' experience in the fitness industry, Hazel recognizes that every client is different, and she knows that every individual needs a specifically tailored program to achieve their goals.
Together you make it work. You make the first step - get in touch. Hazel will then talk through your ambitions for yourself, your fitness and also some of the limitations of your lifestyle that you feel might have held you back so far. A bespoke program will then be tailored around you.

Personal Coaching sessions with Hazel is carried out in our gym located in the Welcombe Spa or outdoors around the acres of lawns and gardens. Open to members and non members, training with Hazel will allow you to integrate a wide range of training styles and techniques to maintain a high level of interest, making sure the body does not become accustomed to one form of training, opening you up to the many components of fitness development. This will enable you not just to become more toned, leaner, fitter and stronger but also more supple and stable in posture both in mind and body.
An hourly session costs £60.00
